Add a truck
A truck record can include unit number, VIN, plate, jurisdiction, make, model, year, colour, fuel type, odometer unit, notes, and active status depending on the available fields.
- Open My Trucks.
- Choose Add truck.
- Enter the identifying details you rely on in records and exports.
- Save the truck and confirm it appears in the catalog.
Maintain truck history
Entries store snapshots so historical records remain readable even when the truck catalog changes later. Deactivate trucks you no longer use instead of deleting them when they may be needed again.
If something goes wrong
- If a truck is missing from a form, confirm that it belongs to the current Road Logbook and is active.
- If export preflight complains about vehicle data, complete the truck identity fields used by the selected ELD profile.
