Use analytics, maps, and exports

Analytics and exports turn saved dive facts into summaries and external records while keeping the selected logbook and display units in scope.

Read summary and experience counts

Dive Analytics shows total dives and bottom time, deepest and longest dives, average maximum depth, month and year activity, signed dives, sites, buddies, countries, and time since the last recorded dive.

Experience counts tally recorded night, deep, nitrox, decompression, wreck, cave, ice, altitude, fresh-water, and salt-water entries. They describe saved flags and values only.

Use charts to find patterns

Charts cover dives and bottom time by month, maximum depth over time, purpose, water type, site, gas, entry method, day/night, technical flag, and signature status.

Free-text fields are grouped exactly as entered, so spelling differences can create separate chart categories. Correct the source entries when consistent grouping matters.

Export the current list

From My Dives, open the export menu to create CSV, XLSX, or a full-logbook PDF when print/export access is included. Current list filters are passed to CSV and XLSX exports and should be reviewed before download.

For PDF, select page size and orientation. From one dive detail page, Download PDF creates an individual report. Values are rendered in the current display-unit system.

Review the output before sharing

Exports can contain detailed personal activity, team names, conditions, incident information, and signature status. Store them securely and inspect the generated file before sending it.

Analytics and reports are record summaries, not proof of certification, qualification, fitness to dive, safety, or regulatory acceptance.

If something goes wrong

  • If totals or charts look incomplete, confirm the selected logbook and inspect draft, archived, or missing source fields.
  • If chart categories are duplicated, standardize the free-text values in the affected dive entries.
  • If export controls are missing, the current plan may not include print/export access.
  • If an exported value uses unexpected units, check the logbook display-unit setting and create the export again.
